Facebook I have a question and I need advice & answers so I can understand this. When a love one is in a hospital or intensive care unit and when you call a person they dont answer the phone. I called a person early and she never respond to me when I left a message on her answering mechine. I find it annoying when a person say they will call you back and they dont. This is how I feel I can understand that person is in Intentive care unit and the person cant answr the phone in there but thats what the hall way is for. And when you text a person nine times out of ten they dont text you back right away. Somebody jump in please,
