Facebook Marketing is all about building social proof... So your wall should reflect that. Although I LOCK DOWN my wall so people cant spam it, I do allow certain posts on my wall for sure. Anytime someone tags me about how my training has helped them (as long as they dont have links in their post or are advertising something somehow) I add it. If my team members post something awesome and tag me in it for sure! (Even with their link - who the heck cares, theyre on my team!!) Also, I coach my team to tag me when they welcome new teammates (or I even go tag myself on a bush in the photo or something) so that I can post it to my wall. All of this creates social proof and shows the person who is just meeting you by checking out your wall what effects you are creating. If you do this right, your wall will be like a magnet that will attract like-minded amazing people all day long. So dont think your wall is just for your posts... If its just you on your wall blabbing about crap, that can repel people for sure... :) #FacebookTraining JoinJustinClark iGetVisitors
