Facebook asked that nagging question again: WHATS ON YOUR MIND? Well have you ever thought about things happening to your life for a reason? As most of you know, I lost my wife this year, and I miss her terribly! After her death I found myself involved with our Jasper County Historical Museum I did not plan it, I just found myself there, then one day we received 4 inches of rain in one day and my slump pump could not handle it and so I found my basement flooded, putting me into multi busy for over 2 months and still on going with clean up. I wonder if I was not nudged or pushed by some force to keep my mind busy with sorting - cleaning and doing a few things with the museum. No I did not need the damage to our home, but it sure kept my mind busy with other things than the loss of my wife. We can handle more than we think we can _ That I know for sure! I have posted this video I made as part of a family video concerning genealogy and one of the greatest poems and messages to us all.
