Facebook crosses the line with the new messenger app requirements. Im so tired of seeing this shared. Let me break it down for everyone: It wants access to see your WiFi and network settings so it knows whether to use your WiFi (saving you data charges) or data. It wants access to your camera so you can take and send pictures over messenger. (The same reason it wants access to your images gallery as well.) It requires access to your microphone so you can send voice messages through it. It wants access to contacts IN CASE you want to import phone contacts into messenger. It also wants contacts and microphone so you can actually MAKE CALLS through messenger. You activate these features. It doesnt pull a skynet and activate itself. Many apps require special permissions, for similar reasons. Seriously. Look it up instead of just sharing a link saying a social networking site and app that YOU signed up for is violating your privacy,
