Facebook family and friends: Before I begin, I would like to say I am not a Palestine nor an Israeli. I am an American that was born and raised in a small southern town in Georgia. I am however tired of being mislead and lied to. The evidence is overwhelming. I urge you all to educate yourself and understand what the Israel-Palestine conflict is all over. Ask yourselves this question, would the United States of America have allowed this if a group attempted a takeover and an occupation on our lands? take our homes? Would we, as Americans, be classified as terrorists for simply defending our liberty, way of life, or land? Simple answer is no... No one has the right to take just for the sake of taking. This only the tip of the iceberg folks. As I recall the American Revolution, in the eyes of the British at the time, the American were considered rebels insurgents or in modern terms terrorists of that time. Well haha since WE, the USA, won. As such the history books are written by the winners. The Americans revolutionaries were defending these lands from the hands of oppression, the physical rape of natural resources, the lack of representation and treatment as 2nd class citizens! This is EXACTLY what the Palestinians are trying to do! Instead of working against this wonderful concept, the US should be nurturing it and allowing this beautiful thing prosper.
