Facebook friend Dan Martin and his wife cashed in all they had, left their jobs and moved to the middle of Texas and created a 100% off the grid self sustainable way of life, including building their own home, their own electricity, and their own hydroponic grown food. They are now crowd-funding for a different project - a free organic non GMO grocery store and restaurant, which ideally they then want to spread around to other cities. The project is worthwhile, seems these guys know what they are doing. And in my opinion, hats off to them, as we all agree the world as is is not going to fly very well or very long as it stands, and we all have our pet peeves as to what is a problem, but few and far between are the ones who offer foresight and solutions.
