Facebook friends and Family…I’ve recently received some bad news—I have been diagnosed with Liver cancer. As you can imagine, this came as quite a shock and has made for a highly stressful time for our family. With God’s GRACE we are now on the fast track to be at our best (spiritually and physically) for the upcoming trials we may encounter. The GOOD NEWS is that I will be receiving a Liver Transplant and I am in the care of one of the best doctors in the Texas Medical Center. He is doing everything he can to get my health back on track immediately. This will include a lot of travel and temporary relocation to Houston prior to and following the transplant. Cliff and I are very blessed with wonderful children and fabulous grandkids that have rallied together for support and help. After much thought, I have made the decision to make this post so that all of my FB friends and family can be up to date on my progress. It would take me forever to update individually !!! We are very grateful for your friendship and hopeful that I will be in your thoughts and prayers.
