Facebook is the only app on my phone that cant send a url through standard Android sharing APIs. Twitter, chrome, and seemingly everything else play nice with the Web. They let me save links to Instapaper, email them, text message them. Facebook only lets me share things back to Facebook. To get something into Instapaper I have to open it in a browser first. Facebook built their own read later service, but its not a good as Instapaper. Its not as flexible as sending a url out to any app I want. Its not as good for users. This should be easy to implement. I know apps with one engineer have done it. Why cant Facebook?
