Facebook launches Facebook Chat. Unlike our new CrowdChat startup venture is getting lots of traction and now Facebook enters the market with their own but still limited to their walled garden . CrowdChat works with any topic defined by the #hashtag and allows users from any social network to participate together in one thread which unifies the crowd. I see this trend happening on all networks then a new fabric & network will emerge in the crowd on top of the existing social networks which is additive to the silod platforms which will have their own chat systems.
