Facebook posts are starting to resemble gears and nuts. Even my pictures seem to blend in with the generic overload of sameness sometimes. Mass produced things, only unique in their blemishes and positions in the machine. I am the crud thats sticking to the back of my photos. The side you cant quite see. My paragraphs of words, saying the same thing as 24,000 other people somewhere, in their way of saying it that day. Like a smudge on a car, is it much different than the last smear of dirt you looked at? Unlike a smudge on a car, you cannot feel, taste or smell a facebook post. Please make sure to explore some non-digital awareness today. Not sayin smell a smudge, but will you admit, that this post is about as boring as the last? How many more will you scroll through, looking for interest? Fingerpainting a flower, a heart and a smile in the smear of dirt I just mentally put on your screen for today. I hope it doesnt wash off easily.
