Facebook shame files are a vehicle for naming and shaming illegal disabled parkers VIGILANTE Facebook pages are out to “name and shame” able-bodied drivers who illegally park in spaces set aside for disabled people. At least five pages — with names such as “Australian Disability Wall of Shame” and “No Permit, No Parking” — are attracting thousands of hits. They ask people to photograph drivers who park in disability access zones at shopping centres, public and private carparks, in the street and at fast food restaurants, and upload the images on the site.
