APICAL’s refineries, located in Jakarta Utara (KBN Marunda), Dumai (Riau – Sumatera) and Tanjung Balai (Sumatera), have a combined capacity of more than 2.5 million MT per annum of palm oil products. The Group has plans to further expand its refinery operations to other strategic locations in Java and Kalimantan. Bulking tank sites are located at Padang (Sumatera) and Bagendang (Central Kalimantan); similarly with plan to set up new strategic tank sites in Sumatera and Kalimantan. Facilities Superintendent (Dumai – Riau Based) Job Description Provides team leadership by ensuring cohesiveness at the unit and with the client Oversees expenditures to control unit financials Directs daily property maintenance, housekeeping, safety and custodial service operations in order to provide quality services Maintains and implements sanitary and safety conditions and training to adhere to auditing procedures and statutory regulations Accountable for the execution of product and service quality by maintaining highest level of delivery Promotes and supports workplace diversity initiatives Requirement Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/Professional Certificate in Property Management or Facilities Management. Minimum 5 years or more related working experience in Maintenance & Facilities in a similar environment and 2 years in managerial position. Experience and knowledge in Building Maintenance System. Well versed with relevant government bodies and the respective acts and regulations. Proficient in Microsoft office (words, excel, power point, outlook) Able to attend to emergency request when necessary and to work on extra hours.
