In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience. Must speak and write in English 2-3 years Relevant experience in the industry Good knowledge understanding of building construction principles i.e electrical, mechanical and civil Familiarity with office building local codes and regulations Ability to implement and manage processes and procedures in an evolving environment. Strong strategic and operational facilities management skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Experience in organizational development and the ability to work with a diverse team in a global environment. Ability to think unconventionally and creatively, to deliver innovative solutions to the table. Meet deadlines and make sound decisions, sometimes under stress.
