Facility Operations/Security: Game Day/Event Staff Seat Attendant - PSSI Stadium LLC (Pittsburgh, PA) Heinz Field is seeking individuals to join our Game Day Event Staff on a Part Time / Seasonal basis. Seat Attendant Duties and Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): •Provide patrons with quality service to enhance their game day experience •Enforce Heinz Field regulations and policies •Identify problems when/before they occur and quickly contact the best representative to rectify the situation (Cleaning, Security, Managers Etc…) •Responsible for directing guests to their seats, verbally greeting guests as they enter, approach directing guests to their seats you and monitoring/supervising sections. •Keeping the aisles and walkways clear of patrons. •Proactively assisting patrons with any questions or concerns they may have. •Ensuring patrons do not obstruct others views by walking to their seats while a play is in action. •Checking your section post-event for any lost items. •Reporting any and all incidents to their Event Manager / Supervisor This is a union position which falls under the Pittsburgh Stadium Independent Employees Union (PSIEU). If hired for this position, you would be required to join the PSIEU and incur any costs/fees associated. Requirements: •Must commit to work all Heinz Field events, including, Pittsburgh Steelers football games, the University of Pittsburgh football games, concerts, etc... •Must be 18 and over •Maintain a professional appearance •Ability to be friendly and courteous, regardless of the situation •Effective verbal communication skills •Able to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb stairs •Be a team player who is able to work well in a fast paced environment Note: When you apply for this job online, you will be required to answer the following questions: 1.
