Fact of Judaism The world says "Follow your Heart" or "Go with your Heart". Truth is there are zero brain cells in your heart!!! Imagine you date a man or woman on how they make you feel..... After a while you say "what was I thinking?" How should one date? Communicate! Allow the mind to stimulate the heart. But when we allow our body to guide our decisions .... We end up asking "what was I thinking?" People who have a passion in life, use their minds to find ways to stimulate their love for life. People who allow emotions to dictate their passions, usually have turbulent and drama filled lives. Judaism tells us, let your mind create your passions. Imagine Hollywoood story lines .... How would they be without drama ;-) Imagine clothing sales if we all asked WHY DO I NEED THIS before we buy on impulse. Do you really need that new cell phone? Pair of shoes? If you answer yes, then buy it with excitement. Date him/her with excitement. Using your mind will enhance your life! This is the basis of Judaism - use your brains!
