Fact or Fiction One Friday night in 1988 after work I was very bored. So I decided to go up to the main street tavern. The bar was total empty. I thought that was a little strange because normally that place is full of people. As I sat drinking my 3rd beer. I glanced down the bar at a man who looked just like my old friend. I yelled out his name. The man turned to look at me. He looked a little annoyed. I got up and said hello to who I thought was my old friend from years ago. The man just said “WOW.” So I thought he was saying wow because it was my old friend. As I was mentioning some of the things he might remember to remember me and tell him what I was doing with my life. I asked him what he was doing with his life. Then he asked me if I wanted to go to his place. I was single now because I had just broke up with my boyfriend of 2 years. I was lonely. Thinking it was my old friend I said sure. So I drove my car and he drove his car. He had a green BMW. I had a green Chevette. We walked up stairs to his apartment. He opened the door to his apartment. The first thing I noticed there was only a couch. So I thought he must have just gone though an ugly divorce. We sat down on the couch. Then I asked he, well what are you doing now a days. I thought it was a little strange at that point for him to be asking me if I had seen a movie made in 1985. I said no because I had not been out to a movie since 1982. I also was not a TV watcher at that point in time. He just looked at me very beafutaled. Then he replied “Can I kiss you.” Well the old friend did that the last time we were alone together also. So I really did not think it was going to be such a big deal. So I gave him a big fat french kiss just for fun. I thought it was my old friend and we were just having fun. Then he pushed me away. The look on his face scared the crap out of me. So I got up and walked out the door. I thought I had hurt my old friend’s feelings. I felt very bad. Was this my old friend or not? Now in the year 2010 I find out the man in the bar was a movie star.
