Facts 101... our county got more than 4billion in budget allocation. If we were to divide that across the 5 constituencies, each constituency would get 800Million. Take Kinangop for example, (where i come from); it has 8 wards, divide, 800 by 8 and each ward would get 100 Million. Imagine a ward getting a 100Million; the fact is our MCAs are managing more than our MPs are. Think of all we could do! Yet when it comes to giving bursary, the county for example in my ward imepeana to less than a 100 students... barabara wamekataa kutengeneza yet its known that all class E and below roads ni zao. Its time we recalled them for a sit down, hakuna hospitali wanajenga, no matawa mekirite kimwe kimwe na guaka tunathare tutare....
