It is better to merely admit that in our filthy muddy waters of corruption and dirt, Buhari glows in white. The PTF he ran spent N40bn and changed Nigeria. The impact is still visible. There was no partiality in development spread because projects were handled as programmes with NATIONAL LINKAGE as the key characteristic. I was a Media Consultant appointed from the North East among many more qualified Muslims. PTF spent a little over N40bn and this did not trigger even 1% increase in the inflation rate because every kobo was matched with development material. Hence no distortion. PTF paid high salaries, hired consultants to prove their professional mettle. Yet Administration was a mere 10% of project cost. World Bank and UN has a figure like 40%. Nigerian Governments have 90%. These figures should speak in spite of the fact that the voter is deafened by the cacophony of cheap lies and #blackpoliticalmail.
