Faculty Development Program on “Promoting Quality of Academic Environment through Soft Skills”… An 8-day Faculty Development Program on “Promoting Quality of Academic Environment through Soft Skills” is being conducted for around 600 faculty members across the various higher learning institutions of Manav Rachna. The focus of the program is on building a better connect with the students and teachers as role models. The program is also designed to make the faculty aware of the dynamically changing academic environment. The key resource persons for the FDP include Dr. Amit Bhalla, VP, MREI; Dr. N C Wadhwa, VC, MRIU; Dr. Sanjay Srivastava, MD; and Prof. Suresh Bedi, Director, IQAC. The FDP will provide a peer group platform to the faculty where they can put on board their own experiences, values and approaches.
