Failed Republican Policy Experiments are on the Forefront. As a Major in Policy and Warfare Pardee Rand Graduate School, and Member of every Policy Experiment Control Group; it is my Job to both Learn and Understand the Data, Products, and Outcomes of Policies and Experiments as they Occur, however, Independents within the spectrum of Policy Research are Hard pressed to gain enough Clout to Assert Policy Influence. Even despite our Position as Front Lines Research, Outcome Data is often ignored; even Dispite Outcome Data. Compiling a Prolog of Policy Experiments from The RAND Health Insurance Experiment (RAND HIE) to other Political Examples reflects a Constant barrage of foul results; among such, Medical Death Panels, and Earned Income Credits on SSI; a component factored into the COLA. But, insofar as Policy is concerned the language of Law and Policy continues to elude the American People.
