Failed plans should not be interpreted as a failed vision - TopicsExpress

Failed plans should not be interpreted as a failed vision (Churchill observed that success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts). Visions do not change, they are only refined. Plans rarely stay the same, and are scrapped or adjusted as needed (remember plans are nothing but planning is everything). Be intractable and persistent about your Vision, but flexible with your plans. Persistent is painful sometimes but remain dtermined, people can avoid the pains of discipline but they cannot avoid the pains of harvest. Prayerfully and wisely find a great team to support your vision, teamwork makes the dream/vision work, but a great vision/dream can become horrendous when you have a bad team. SEE YOU AT THE TOP!
