Failure does not define you it makes you stronger it make you better and it makes you want to achieve your goal more than ever Was finishing on dumbbell shoulder press 2 sets of 90 2 set of 95 got brave after my last set and decided to pick up these bad boys even tho I was able to do a rep I was able to get these 100 up and stabilize the weight now I just need to work on the control down could never do this on my own before and always needed help a solid 2 mouths of working hard to get my shoulders stronger now this means I just want it even more
