The public demands the adoption of the Law “On restoration of confidence in the judiciary. Experts of the “Revival Reforms Package”will announce an appeal to the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of ukraine demanding to adopt in the second reading the draft law “On restoration of confidence in the judicial system of Ukraine” (№ 4378-1) on April 8th. The public will also appeal to the Chairman of Council of Judges of Ukraine with the request to hold the Congress of Judges of Ukraine only after the adoption of the bill (on the restoration of confidence in the judiciary). There is information that certain forces plan to hold a congress of judges before - on April 7th in order to legitimize the old corrupt scheme in such a way. That is why the public insists on concrete actions of the Speaker of Verkhovna Rada, Parlament not to lose country’s chance for a fair trial.
