My original thought was along these lines: The company admits in its complaint that until it considered filing the suit in 2012, its generous health insurance plan actually covered Plan B and Ella (though not IUDs). The burden of this coverage was apparently so insignificant that God, and Hobby Lobby executives, never noticed it until the mandate became a political issue. -- From the article Im intrigued by the Lederman Solution, it seems to support the old Republican idea of detaching healthcare from employment, a position they seem to have set aside or walked back since the ACA was implemented; the unintended consequence, or intended, depending a which side of the question you fall, could be a clearer path to Single Payer, perhaps the reason the Republicans are no longer interested in this path.
