Faith Week Day 5: Radios in Heaven by Plain White Ts As you - TopicsExpress

Faith Week Day 5: Radios in Heaven by Plain White Ts As you can imagine, sometimes its hard to find a song to use for my tributes. This week, I havent had much time to scour my music library to find the right tune to pay respects to Faith. One of the reasons my entries have been so late into the night. Tonight I stumbled across the song, and while it is a little cheesy; it conveys a nice little sentiment about hoping that a piece of your loved is still out there floating around in the cosmos and hearing the things you say about them/watching over us. We often dont ever get to say goodbye to those who leave us in death. Its often sudden, and catches us completely off guard. Were left with regrets of the things we never got to say or do with them. We think of fond memories, or even painful ones. I find it a little disheartening that most of our recollections are after their passing, but its one of those bittersweet things that life bestows upon us. When thinking of my sister its usually a picture or a song that sets me off on that train of thought. So when I listened to this song a little bit ago, it seemed like it would be a fitting piece of her memorial. I truly do hope that my sister can hear these songs that Ive picked out for her, and that she appreciates them. So in a sense, yes... I do hope there are radios or even simply radio waves bouncing around out there so that my sister knows Im playing these songs for her. And when they day comes that I go to meet her, I hope we can share in them. I love you, Faith. Forty-eight hours left. Its almost your time to shine!
