Fakaalofa lahi atu, As part of our goal for growing our Tourism and Hospitality sectors in Niue, NCOC has been working very closely with the Niue High School to provide Tourism on the school curriculum this year. This was the first year Tourism has ever been taught in school and we had a class of 5 students, completing Level 2 Tourism over a period of 2 years. Despite the first year stumbles, we have received approval from Cabinet and the school to send our 5 lucky students to New Zealand next year May (2015) on an overseas Tourism trip. We would love the support of our community both in Niue and overseas to help encourage us, inspire and provide support to our group to ensure this happens.
