Fake Doctor After forging physician qualifications, a man worked as a doctor for over a year before a patient died following a diagnosis. The fake doctor, Mr. Li who worked as a physician at a Shuiping Village medical center in Dalang Town, prescribed an IV drip after performing a simple skin check. His victim/patient began to twitch and foam at the mouth before fainting and succumbing to a cardiac dysfunction due to coronary heart disease. Between October 2012 and March 2013, Li treated an estimated 166 patients. He was sentenced lightly with one and a half years in prison and an RMB 5,000 fine on account of a good attitude and a confession. (news.timedg)
