Falcon Nation Athletes and Parents....understand that college admission offices and coaches check out social media to reach conclusions about a students character. Local and state wide media also looks at social media postings. As an athlete you are known. Make sure you are known for the right things! Frustrated parent postings can also be noticed by collegiate coaches. Posting negative comments about coaches, teammates, opponents etc. can cost you admission to or recruitment to a college. Collegiate coaches dont want to have to babysit. I am sad to share I know quite a few instances where scholarships have been lost. Be smart and be positive!
