Fall Apple Cake 1 ½ c vegetable oil 2 c sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 3 c flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 3 c apples, peeled and cubed 1 c raisins Mix flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside. Beat oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Add in flour mixture. Stir only until incorporated. Add apples and raisins and stir just until mixed.
