Fall Assembly with Governor Quinn Sunday, October 19, 2014 3:00-4:15 pm (SHARP) LOCATION: Corner of 62nd and S. Washtenaw - site of the Reclaiming Southwest Chicago initiative. (If weather does not permit an outdoor meeting, we will gather at St. Rita of Cascia Church at the corner of 63rd and S. Washtenaw in Chicago) *If you would like to car pool, please meet at the Center by 1:15pm. We will depart at 1:30.* We will meet with Governor Quinn to assess progress on four areas addressed at our January 2014 assembly: •Re-claiming Southwest Chicago •Do Not Stand Idly By campaign to reduce gun violence •Generating new permanent supportive housing •Continued dialogue on minimum wage/workforce preparedness Commit to coming!
