Fall River City Administrator Cathy Ann Viverios is telling City Council Members that the process that is normally followed regarding requisitions, contracts and paperwork was not executed in the installation of 22 Windows in the Sixth Floor of Government Center in the Sumner of 2013. Viverois told Council Members that her review into what happened is essentially complete, as she talked to 5 Department Heads, Mayor Will Flanagan and Attorney Matt Thomas. Council Members are demanding to see the complete FRPD report after an interview with former City Administrator Shawn Cadime, who has told Council Members and WSAR that he did not approve the installation of the windows.
