Fall is in the air...and I was in an experimental cooking mood today. I wanted something Thanksgiving-ish to celebrate the change of seasons...and heres what happened in the kitchen today... I mixed up a recipe of my Thanksgiving turkey patties and stuffed it inside of a squash. Then, named it Thanksgiving Casserole. Wow...it turned out Cute and delicious! I will certainly make it again....it would be a fun and easy recipe to serve to guests... When making it for dinner guests....I will put the casserole mixture into smaller squashes or small pumpkins for individual servings!!
