Falling to Earth: Amazing video, shot from the ORiON EFT-1 spacecraft, during the last ten minutes of flight. Were looking backwards, and we see the Earth below, the superheated plasma trail, then the sky gradually changes from black to blue, when a series of 11 different parachutes deploy to slow the ship down until it lands in the Pacific Ocean. This is pretty much what astronauts will see when they return from Mars someday. Via Jeff Hanley.
