False freedom is thinking that if I have enough money, or enough power, or enough time... then I can go where I want, do what I want, and be what I want. In the paradigm of false freedom, you literally think that external circumstances determine your freedom. True freedom is very different. Its actually being FREE to love, free to be happy, free to be yourself... no matter what circumstances you find yourself in. True freedom is when the circumstantial does not dictate your purpose. It does not dictate who you show up as in the world... you are FREE to be whatever you want to be. Loving, kind, compassionate, joyful, warm, fulfilled, and happy... no matter what the circumstances. True freedom is freedom FROM the external... not the ability to control it.
