Famed Retired Sgt. Major Robert Gallagher who participated in Operation Black Hawk Down died in his Georgia home at the age of 52 on Thursday. According to Army Times, served as the command sergeant major for the Army’s Wounded Warrior Program, but had extensive experience in major combat operations, including Operation Just Cause in Panama and with Task Force Ranger in Mogadishu, Somalia, which was later made famous by the 2001 film. ** Hate to sully the honorable mans name by mentioning it.. but I wonder if Oba.mao will acknowledge his passing.
