Family Friends and especially those in the Lakeside Fast-Pitch Softball League (LGFS) community, I have made the decision to run for a special election, which was asked for by the LGFS community due to a technicality of the spring elections. The problem and the majority of the LGFS community communicated to the board that there were insufficient postings of the spring election and many were not aware. The board seemed to initiate that these elections were valid at a meeting during the All-Star season when also reported of the leagues shortcomings. I Tim Wagner, will be running for the position of President within the LGFS board on July 31, 2014 between 5PM and 8PM. We strongly urge you to vote. I am no politician, however I am a business professional which I feel can make a difference in this league. I bring a higher level of management and strong leadership skills with me. I have presented to the LGFS community some documentation outlining necessary changes that need to be implemented in order for us to successful keep our league of young girls playing this sport. Cactus Park, where the girls play most of their season is a beautiful park with much more potential. This is not say it has been be kept well during this last season. I am offering my hand to the community of Lakeside and would ask you to find me and talk to get to know who I am.
