Family, I have been out of the US for nearly three months now and have had many international experiences, especially with African people, since--in Canada, in and around Paris, in Martinique, in the Gambia, in Berlin, in Spain, and it has caused a sharp refocusing of my thinking about Pan-Africanism, Garveyism and African identity. I have been around so many different kinds of Black people and with many more to come. Over the next few months I travel to Switzerland, return to Spain, Morocco, return to the US, Mexico, Italy, Tunisia, return to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, return to France, the Baltic States, return to the US, Colombia, Guyana, Suriname, Guyane, Nigeria, Cameroon, Oman (in the Persian Gulf), England and Togo. It is a whirlwind of experiences and the level of growth is just phenomenal!
