Family IN Ministry? Im deeply wrestling with the popular accepted Christian rhetoric of: God first, family second, and church/ministry third. While this sounds great and is widely accepted by many, is it even biblical? Why do so many people separate family time from church/ministry time? Could a more biblical model actually be: God first and family IN ministry second with no third? Is the real reason why so many Christian parents have children not serving The Lord right now is because they did church/ministry TOGETHER or because mom and dad did everything and never included the kids and had to wait for family time to do that? Ive been conversing with my good friend R Loren Sandford on this subject and would love to hear more thoughts from Christian leaders and various saints....
