Family. Sometimes, being 1400km & 8000km away from my beautiful family gets difficult. My sister had her third son a few months ago, my brother had twin girls to begin his family, both my grand mothers are in their 90s and my mom just turned 60 and well... Just look at that smile. Is there need for an explanation? Sheer beauty in every way. I have been so blessed by everyone that Ive met in Trinidad and Tobago, Canada & Australia (and online). You all make being away from my family, more than just bearable, but joyful. Sometimes, when youre on tour all the time, youre so busy that you barely get any down time. Today, I have some down time, and I get to reminisce on my life and all the things that Ive experienced. There were so many times where I should have died or been severely injured. I have spent many nights in multiple hospitals in numerous countries. I have hurt many people, but its been almost 5 years since God turned my life around. Now, I sing from my heart, for love. I love you. I want you all to know that I love you and am forever humbled, grateful and honoured to share my life with you. Remember this... At any time, if you see me, come give me a swug (sweaty hug). Buying our t shirts and cds etc helps financially but its not near as important to me as us connecting on a personal level.
