Family and friends - many of you know that I have been devoting a lot of time over the last several years to a project, but did not know what it was. You saw me altering training schedules, taking leave from work, and losing a LOT of sleep....this is the project Ive been working to complete. My thanks to Machele Lynch, Catherine Lynch, Elizabeth Lynch, and Joseph Lynch for supporting me all these years; David Ulbrich, who always have sound and reasoned advice; Michael Dolski, Eric Klinek, Earl Catagnus Jr, Josh Wolf, Henry Gole, Mike Margery, John Bonin, and the rest of the Temple Mafia who were always ready to lend advice or Morale support; and finally to Gregory Urwin, who stuck with me for ten years, guiding me through this project - and helping me become a better historian.
