Family haircut time for our upcoming vacation. We have decided to shave my head again for numerous reasons. First, its slowly falling and thinning because of chemo this time. Finding my hair randomly in various places in the house is not the best feeling. It gets frustrating! Second, the surgical team will be shaving an area of my head to make the incision into my head. With that said, when hair is falling out it is not going to grow back on the same chemo. I would have a shaved area with a horseshoe shaped wound with staples. I figured if it for some reason it does grow back in any appreciable amount, shaving the entire head will allow it to be more uniform looking peach fuzz! Hopefully Jill has good hair-penmanship! I want to get 4 choice letters first. Pictures to come if it works! We love you all!
