FamilyPLUS: From research, it has been discovered that there are two types of #MEN who abuse their wives. 1. The Boxer: At the slightest of opportunity triggered by a provocative action from the woman or something that irritates him, he turns her into a bunching bag. Brutalizing her. You will hear the couple fighting, cursing and drawing the attention of neighbors and the general public. Atleast everybody can attest that he beats his wife. 2. The Smooth Operator You will never see him beat her or draw any attention. But here is how he operates. He frustrates every of her move to become something meaningful in life. Restricts her to domestic chores. Cuts off her friends. Employs monitors to give him reports on her every move. Destroys her #SELFESTEEM by calling her names, with terrible words. He doesnt raise his voice so that people will not hear him abusing her, but he does it in a coded way. In public, he is an actor; behaves as if he loves and cherish her. He ensures she is smiling if they are at a function together. But immediately the get into the car/house, he resumes his normal duty. Some highly placed men in the society are SMOOTH Operators and their wives are dying in silence. She doesnt want to tarnish his reputation.
