Fan Infant loss story: In 2006 I found out I was pregnant! Everything was going great and I was excited! At around 12 weeks they said there was a problem and sent me to a specialist. They said the baby had a sack on the outside the abdominal wall holding her insides! They said it could be fixed, ok great! At 16 weeks I found out I was having a girl. They then decided I need to go have an amnio done and other test! Said if baby had downs they she wouldnt live but if she didnt shed be ok! Well after further test they found her heart was to big lungs to small a 90 degree angle in her back a 2 vessel cord! They were not sure they would be able to get my baby girl out in one piece! They said I could miscarry, her die inside or I could go full term. But no matter what she would not live! They alsosaid I could also possibly die! So I had 2 days to choose to have her at 6 months or wait! I asked if I waited would she be in pain? They said at this point she would not be and I could have a vaginal birth but waiting she would be in pain and I would have a c-section and they would have to take her in pieces and I would never have kids again! So I went in and gave a natural birth to a 1 pound 8 ounce 12 inch long red headed baby girl! Ive lost another pregnancy since then! Well after research what happen with these pregnancies is I have Leiden factor 5 blood clotting disorder! All this helped me in my last pregnancy in which I have a 2 year old beautiful daughter!
