Fan Q: Lately my daughter has joined a 10u travel team. She has the skill for it but her attitude is poor. Last summer she didnt make the all star team because of her attitude alone. Weve threatened to take her out of softball if her attitude does not improve. Shes only 10 but she is so full of herself like the team needs her. Ive often told her not to talk back to her coaches and take their instructions and learn from them but if she thinks shes doing it right then that is the right way. At this point I feel the threat is not enough anymore and am really debating pulling her from the team. I dont know if thats the best idea because I feel like we will be bailing on the team/coaches. Also Im worried that if shes not involved in softball or any sport then she will only become worse. Is it worth shelling out $$ every month if shes not listening and learning from her coaches?
