Fan Q: Opinions: If you choose to marry someone who is behind on child support thats been dodging court and working under the table to avoid paying then is it fair that the courts start withholding from your paycheck to make the payments? Personally, I think once youre married money is considered ours not his or hers. If you know your spouse is guilty of this and you support his decisions then thats your problem. Youre getting all of the money that theyre making under the table when some of that is legally intended for said child. Child support has to get the money somehow. #Blu
