Fan Question! Can you post a question for me? Without my name please. . . . . This isnt parent or child related but maybe someone could help me out? I apologize in advance that this is going to be LONG, gotta get all the details in. So...Ive had a TON (going on 80) of operations in the last 7 years and obviously that leads to scar tissue. Ive been having a lot of pain in my hip/side area where I have had hip/pelvis/SI joint surgeries a few times. I have a 15 inch scar from my groin area up and around to the middle of my back, a 9-10 inch scar below that one and a 3-4 inch scar on the side of my butt cheek. The pain is very sharp and burns. It almost feels at the end of the pain spell like when your foot falls asleep and its very painful. If Im wearing jogging pants and say Im laying on my side and I put to much pressure down where the elastic part of the waist is at, thats where and when it hurts. On a scale of 1-10 when it happens its a strong 10 but only lasts for a few minutes like around 10 or so. I was wondering if anyone knows if theres any type of surgery procedure that can be done to remove scar tissue to ease the pain any? If anyone has any advice I would love to hear it! I already have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor next week and plan on speaking with him about it then. Thanks in advance! Sorry again its so long! - Holly 💜
