Fan Question: I have only been working at the restaurant for about 5 months now, but I notice everyday the chef has off, the sous chef slacks off, flirts with FOH, forgets to fire, and has sloppy plating, smoking with FOH instead of prepping,people complain, and its not good for business. Were a multi million dollar restaurant. I feel like Im overstepping my boundaries since he has seniority of 2 years here, but the plates look like shit, quality goes out the window. I dont know what to do. Ive brought it up to him before but he just ignores me. Him and chef are best friends of 10 years.Ive only been there 5 months. What would you do?
