Fan Question: Im a pastry commis and my head chef hates my guts. I dunno what I did to make him hate me. Maybe I didnt do what he asked fast enough, if its because im good friends with my co workers in the kitchen or if its a personal thing. He rather give work for another pastry chef then me even when I have slightly more experience in that specific task and I end up helping anyway (eg fondant work) I still have a lot to learn.... What can I do to fix this??
