*Fan Question* (helpful advice only thanks) I need some FRIENDLY advise. Im a grandmother to a beautiful 3 yr old lil girl. My daughter is her mother. She moved to another state with the baby and her husbands mother started alot of rumors. However the husband and his mother got a temporary custody order of the baby because my daughter was going to do DNA because its ALWAYS believed hes not the father. They knew from day1 he wasnt likely to be the dad. In the meantime he filed for divorce and for custody, only because his mother wants the baby. They say it publically. He signs the papers his mother files. However they wont allow anyone on my daughters side of the family to see her and my daughter wont fight back for her. In my state we do not have grandparent rights. But i dont like the idea of another woman raising my granddaughter as her own, even though my daughter wont fight anymore with them I feel i need to do something. My daughter was abused and very mistreated by the husband and fears what they will do next, no i dont agree with her i say fight like hell and then fight more. But she isnt going to do it. Any ideas on doing or getting the dna done? I can get it done but need the baby to get her dna. ohio state Re-posted by*Angie
