Fan question: Has anyone else had any bad experiences with an epidural? I was completely convinced and determined I would not have one. A very painful induction and off my tits on gas and air I ended up screaming for one. My god do I ever regret it. The anaesthetist missed, alot. It took half hour and I had SEVEN holes in my back. It was black with bruising and felt like someone had stomped on my spine. This was 9 months ago. I cant walk very far without being in agony for days, bathing my lb, I cant do much housework, the list goes on. . I really struggle with back pain and it upsets me that I know my epidural caused this and how poorly it was administered. X
